The AMP2.2500 is the companion amplifier for Vera 18 MK2 and Tetra 10 — a two-channel DSP amplifier built around modules chosen to maximize fidelity, while minimizing noise and distortion. Every Deus subwoofer is designed as a complete system with its amplifier: matched connectors, TrueTemp thermal monitoring, and real-time side-chain limiting that responds to temperature, rate of temperature rise, excursion, and signal — invisibly, without audible pumping or obvious compression.

Why module selection matters

The AMP2.2500 is built around Hypex Ncore amplifier modules — Class-D technology trusted across high-end audio and studio monitor brands for extremely low distortion, extremely low output impedance, and a high damping factor that keeps a driver under tight control at every output level. Deus selected Ncore for the AMP2.2500 not to chase the largest peak-power number on a spec sheet, but because it delivers serious current with finesse: fast, clean, and precisely controlled rather than raw and unrefined. That combination of power and control is what lets Vera 18 MK2 and Tetra 10 produce authoritative mid-bass output without smearing detail or losing composure at high levels.
