Continental US Only.  Any other shipping destinations require custom freight quotations.

Freight is prepaid on all orders over $1,000, $40 shipping and handling fee for orders under $250

Parcel orders generally ship within 24 hours, Truckload Freight (palletized) orders generally ship within 2 business days when in stock 

Prepaid freight is included for registered business location.

Drop ship to end customer address available, $40 surcharge for parcel orders, $200 surcharge for Truckload Freight including lift-gate fees and scheduled appointment
