Siberian Birch grows much slower than simple birch, thus making it much denser and tighter. The entire structure is modeled with the best software available for resonance free surfaces.  In fact, the properties of this cabinet using SBP results in structure with properties better than aluminum. Due to many bent surfaces, plywood has some internal stress leftover which damps any resonance with ease. This technique of leaving some stress in the materials was used by AudioSolutions from the very beginning.
